Insert the paper clip in the hole to the far right. There should be a slight spring resistance. Push in on the clip & turn the switch a little further CCW. The tumbler should pull out. Then remove the retainer nut. The choke knob should screw off if there is a slot behind it in the bezel. If not it has a nut on the back of the dash.
