| | | | Joined: Mar 2000 Posts: 784 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2000 Posts: 784 | For me the most critical pieces to fit together were the front fenders and the grill. My body guy had to cut one of my fenders and splice a piece in so that the grill fit properly. Other than this the only other place to check closely is the fit between the fenders and the running boards.
The rest is mostly fenders against a flat pannel ie. bed side and side of cowel.
I don't know how much you took off your cab but if you removed your door hinges you may have to readjust the doors. The Art Deco truck door aren't like the later models. The hinges have no adjustments in them. It's all done with a 2x4 and tweeking the doors. Let me know if you need instructions for this and I'll email you a pdf.
