Tim...Please do ma a favor if you have an appropriate tool like a caliper...measure the thickness of a sample of the original in your vehicle and PM your "findings".

I am always glad to share what I know. It's not rocket science, you CAN groove this yourself and get it really close to the original.

But it's a pain, and the material is so high$ if you get it retail, that it's be a pain to ruin the piece.
Let me buy it cheaper, take the risk of messing it up and only sell one to you...that gets done without messing it up!

It's not a huge niche on its own. I am doing it out or stubbornness (because I wanted it for my own 1951 Chevy wagon), and because I like this kind of stuff.

When I started getting custom bits made and things lke that, I realized I might as well go ahead and complete the thought! Started gettting expensive...might as well make some back off of it. I am a few months away from having some to sell.
