the inside back of the cab was the same color and shine as the rest of the inside of the cab shell, but not necessarily fully painted behind the tank as they knew the tank would hide the area, or in some years the tank was already in place - so it might be partly bare metal or primer [which was mostly flat black] - can't go wrong just making it whatever the rest of the interior will be
