Alan, if you're in any way doubtful about attempting the install yourself,it would be worth the extra $$s to have a pro do it.
As Tim mentions,try and find a glass shop who has experience with older vehicles,even more so if you have the stainless trims.
Unfortunately a lot of glass guys nowadays are only familiar with the newer bonded techniques.
If they crack the glass during the install,it should then be down to them.
It would be an expensive mistake for you if you were to attempt this yourself and the worst happens.
