In 1946 the body was green as base color with red, blue ,or black as options. Black seems to be the choice of colors on the fenders but I am not sure they all came that way. White wall tires were not made from late 41 till Feb 47 but I think white wall tires dress up a vehicle well worth the cost. Jim Carter catalog gives a lot of good information and I would suggest you get owners manual.
