I did exact sawp but my truck was all wired for 12V. I used original Bellhousing, clutch kit, starter solenoid, starter coil. 216 carb, manifolds dont work. I am using exhaust from 216.
Waterpump from 235 might hit the radiator, you have two options - one you can buy short water pump from patricks (my source) or you can have radiator mounting bracket which should move your radiator backwards
Others will add more but mine worked great with short water pump
