Pay attention to yellow wire and red wire. The Yellow wire can be wire to "S" side of selnoid. Red wire goes to the old red wire which was on the regulator. Two additional wires on the old regulator can be capped.

Start your truck check the voltage at Battery, if it is more that 12 V then it is charging and alternator is working
