| | | | Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 34 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 34 | i bought this vehicle locally after it sat in a garage for 15 years.i cleaned the carb and fuel pump and got it running.when it is in park it makes a loud grinding noise,but when i put it in gear it goes away.i thought it could be the starter so i put a shim in but the noise is still there. any suggestions? | | |
