I am replacing the rear leaf spring shackles on my '50 Chevy pickup. The shackles have two threaded pins with tapered ends. One pin threads through the leaf spring eyelet and a second pin threads through a hanger riveted to the frame. The threads on the hanger are now eggshape and the pin has lots of play. I can find replacement shackle kits but I cannot find anyone who makes the hanger. Does anyone have any leads on where I can get one? What other options do I have in this case?
