My first filling station job was with a station that did not have an iron tireman, and we did the job almost as shown in this video. We did have a bead breaker tool, spoons (instead of screwdrivers), and a rubber hammer. The old BF Goodrich Life Saver tires were a real bear to change, as their sidewalls were really stiff.
