Question: Isn't there supposed to be a slight gap between panels? Looks like you didn't need to do that jockbolter50.
DennisM, I found one of the main things is to get your opposing cuts as neat as possible and as Woody mentions,the gaps can be tight,just make sure they're scuffed well back to good clean metal.
Most importantly,
take your time.
