Hi Bill,
Yeah I really did not want to pull the doors back off but once I had the rubber on they went all to heck and I also had the hinges rebuilt.
Do you think applying a little white grease on the hinges would help in sliding of the door for adjustment?

Thank you for the help...Let you know how many gray hairs this job will cause more than all the others on this truck!
But well worth it!
