now that you mention it, someone here did have some info about using those wagon retractors, and if I remember right, the company that made them still does - have to search a bit in here to find that unless someone else remembers about it ... Caballero?? the "most chrome in one place" ever made?

Desert Valley place might be a scource for the Caballero, and they may even have the 5-7 wagon handle
the car light has a different shaped base, with provision for the handle, so the only parts really the same as the truck are the plate holder and the bulb cover w/ glass insert, that base is what'll be hard to find if the doors don't have the light
