an "Apache" is simply a light truck of the years 58-62, emblems different every year .... a 31 [3100] is a short bed, a long bed is a 32 [3200] - can't quite see it but yours looks like a long one and from what you say about the vin, you've just got the wrong spears .... and the only real difference between 58 and 59 is the hood emblem, which you don't have
but nobody will notice with a looker like that driving
