actually there isn't a truck plant in Canada anymore, but it was in Oshawa .... waaay back there was at least one other, in the praries, but I think that closed by the 50's or before
another thought - that vin number won't give you any useful info on any of the decoders on the net, they're all for US vins, but Scotts Super Trucks in Alberta has CDN vin info in their paper catalogs
