Cab and front end sheetmetal, engine/transmission, and cooling system is the same. The 3/4 ton will have a longer frame, heavier axles and brakes with 8 lug wheels, heavier springs, hybrid driveshaft (front half closed, rear half open), plus the bed and running boards will be longer. Front bed panel, tailgate, and rear fenders will be the same, though.
