ok here's the short story. I'm getting a 52. its all stock. all original. I'm planning on a full restoration.My goal is to make it look like it did when it rolled off the floor in 52. i found paint specs etc..so i'm cool there. my question:
1- where do i find out the details on how the chassis was painted(or coated) in 52? i say coated because i heard they may have been tar coated. not sure. need help.

Do something! Even if it's wrong!
