Did you have one wheel turning, or both turning equally?
If both together then the numbers you have are your ratios, but sounds way to high.
If you leave one wheel still and count turns on the other let it turn twice, then the number of yoke turns to do so is your ratio.
Doing this with a factor of 10 and then dividing makes for a more accurate figure. (so let one wheel turn 20 times and divide yoke turns by 10).
