What transmission?
I think the drive gear is the one inside the transmission and the driven gear is at the end of the cable fitting that goes into the transmission.
A Want Ad in the Swap Meet with the above information might get you the used parts (and/or, get you a response from people with NOS parts - I got mine that way).
