Is your heat riser valve stuck? It could be causing the carb to heat up and boil over. You are running too rich. Check your float level. I had a similar problem when I first setup my B carb on my 261. It was running so rich it was burning oil. Putting in the right jet and lowering the float level a bit fixed it right up. The carb had a #62 jet which was way too rich. 235's take #53.
