For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 1,644 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 1,644 | Finally got a reply from Jim Carter, Inc. and they said they do not have a pattern they can send me. They also do not sell a one piece headliner.....only two piece.
I found what I think will be a great piece of material for my headliner.......an old 4 X 6 plastic POLITICAL SIGN!! They plaster the things all over during local elections and then throw them away afterwards. I confiscated one after our last election. I've used this same material as the basis for my door panels with good success. I covered them in sheet vinyl glued on with 3M adhesive. It's sturdy material and the price was right.
Thanks, Spot
