Pressure test it if you can and crawl underneath and use a good flashlight or led drop light to eyeball that sucker. Unfortunately you will have to pull the trany, but that is the only way I know to verify.
Blockage wise, I am not sure what you would be looking at there. Can't speak to having seen a blockage. Sorry.
