Do a search on drilling and threading the crank for installing the balancer without having to beat it on , I think that Hotrod Lincoln just made a tool to help us out ,I just rebuilt my 216 and when it was apart I threaded the crank for a 7/16 fine thread bolt so all you have to do is thread a bolt in than screw a nut with a washer in and the balancer goes on nice and easy.
