The stitching on GMC and Chevy Suburban seats might be different. You might want to contact kir1980@hotmail.com (si47gmc). He has an original 1950 GMC suburban. Or, join oldGMCtrucks.com and see if someone there has information.

I do not know if the GMC and Chevrolet panel truck seats are different in material or stitching but they are certainly different seats from those used in Suburbans.

The 216 and early 235 engines are not "splash oilers" -- this is a splash oiler.
