I want the truck to look like a work truck that was well taken care of.
I sanded this with 1000 grit and hand compund then hand polish.
I might try 1500 to see what that looks like but as you can see my paint skills leave much to be desired. a lot of orange peel coming off this paint job.
Let me know what you think. I didn't want to get a real shiny look. I think it looks more authentic this way.... Am i crazy?
My father in law thought the effect was pretty cool. I don't know if the pics do it justice.
