im having issues ID'ing the motor in the truck i recently bought, Its a 66 chevy c-30 with a v8. im getting alot of help from other forums here, but my question is; im tearing down the motor, does the distributor shaft go through the intake manifold? the ones i was looking at online seem like they have a hole for the distributor at the rear. this is the first pre 73 truck ive ever had, and im still kind of lost on some of it. i dont know the motor size yet, but is definitely a small block.
