Woody, Based on my experience I should be a better painter than I am. I think I have screwed up every way possible only to learn a new way to make a mistake on my next try.

I'm sure there are a lot of guys here that can relate to your experiences, I know I can.
I'm pretty confident with my metal fabrication skills but with that behind me I'm sure I'll be getting a lot of On The Job Training with future projects and who knows what failures lie ahead.
