As for wood, I can attest to the COE as having wood sections left and right, the panel jobs have a wood tool box cover passenger side with a spring-loaded latch. I have only found one of these.

Currently four are on ebay, and appear to be correctly listed for the correct model. Although they are re-pops they look good except they are missing the bump aft of the shifter.
