Why reset your odometer? I would want to keep it original. Its part of your trucks history...I'm sure your doing this in the spirit of a complete restoration and I can appreciate that, but your really not supposed to be resetting odometers to zero (at least in the US maybe Canada is different).
The odometer is irrelevant in most places at this point. They are usually listed as exempt, over 100k, beyond mechanical means or some such. No problem with setting it to zero.
