I've been digging into the history on the truck. From what I've learned so far, the truck was in service with the Hetch-Hetchy Water & Power Department. By 1941, all the heavy construction was completed. I don't think this truck ever saw any rough service and may have been garaged at Moccasin Power House Facility.
