6x5.5". As mentioned, it is the same on 4x4 1/2 tons up to '87. Actually, the bolt pattern is the same up to '10, with 2wds going back to it in '99, but the '88-'10 trucks use a different backspace and offset, the wheels do not interchange after '87.
