On my 54-GMC 1/2-T I am running Tiger Paw P215/70/R-16's on 16"x6" steel wheels. I found some new steel wheels with solid steel centers that had a large enough center ring and opening to fit the reproduction hubcaps. I had to use a piece of 1/2" square tubing to raise the clips up to the desired height. The only drawback is that the wheels do have 4 visible bumps for the snap-over style hubcaps. But this was as close to the original style wheel I could find that would fit the clip-on caps.
