Wrenchbender - will probably not do the k.C.K. meet.

Legman - my guess would be that the 292 uses a larger internal venturi (air) than the 250. I would suggest either looking for the correct carb; or if you want more performance, you might try a different brand carb.

While we have bored out carbs to flow more air (normally for racers who must run the original carb), it is not a cost-effective method for the daily driver.
