I've never seen any painted rubber from the factory, "production line" paint jobs were/are done before final assembly, there's no glass in place when pieces are being painted [why waste time/labor/money masking things off?] .... if yer talkin the 41 in yer profile, the windshield frame would have been painted before the glass was installed, if your rubber [frame to cab or between glass and frame] is painted, a glass shop did it or a PO did it to try to keep the rubber from deteriorating
