Where or how exactly does the ID tag go on a 46 Chevy 1/2 ton truck? It appears to go on the passenger side cowl around the corner from the firewall in front of the cowl to hood seal but does it go horizontal or vertical and facing forward?? There are multiple holes in the area and none seem to fit correctly. Did they use screws or rivets in opposite corners only or in all four corners? Thanks!!!!
