I feel your pain!, I'm in the process of putting on new spindles and looking at replacing the lower ball joints, EXPENSIVE, plus a real pain to remove. Rare parts sells them #10111, my price (I work at a auto parts store) is about $130 ea.
May I ask, how did they determine that they needed replaced? Mine spin pretty easily, but there's no real slack in them.
