ahhh, the bolts in the doors all attach to the same plate, not individual nuts - the first ones came out because there were others holding it in place, when you got to the last one the whole plate is turning - that's a problem that can only be fixed by cutting the door open
if you don't fix that plate the hinge [and door] can't be reinstalled
