Hi,
I saw your post and thought you maybe able to help me. I have a '53 6400 2 ton with the 2 speed rear. Like you, I have blown the diaphram out of the vacuum differential shifter. Did your installation of your electric shifter work?
If so how did the installation go? Do you have a source for the shifter?
