Here is a picture of my '61 GMC 3/4 ton pickup that I just picked up. It's a one owner truck with 77k miles and was pretty well equipped. It has the 305 V6 4spd auto trans, air conditioning, big back window and custom cab features. It has been sitting in a driveway in Santa Monica since the mid 90's so there is a lot of work to do just to get it running. I got his from the grandson of the owner who has been following the work I've done on the 1958 boat and 1970 Volkswagen last year. He thought that since I did a good job on those I needed a real challange and gave me the truck with the camper.Once I get the VW finished in eth next two weeks I'll start on the truck. This will be a fun project and should be a good conversation piece at the car events.
