There is a drain hose for the cowl vent that comes out at the top, center of the firewall. It's an angled piece of rubber hose about 6" long, and it drains any water that may seep in around the cowl vent.

If you have a V8, it dumps the water
right on top of your distributor!!(Dont ask how I know!)
