Thank you for your input on my tranny questions, I am also new to this group even though I have looked at the website for years. This is consistently one of the best websites for any truck info I have found yet. I have owned and driven this 65 for 30 years and had to rebuild the 350 at the 27 year mark due to a blown head gasket. Other than that, it has been wires, tires, antifreeze! At this point it deserves painting and fluffing again. Prior to this ride I had other Chevy trucks back to high school. On this website there is no shortage of people with ideas, knowledge, or assistance to take care of one's dilemma! And you guys who have been into these projects put a great perspective on the new folks who want to create the truck of their dreams, only as we have seen before to end up on Ebay as someone stated.
