I drove down the road in the 59 Apache , turned around at the heighbors and came home. I have rebuit the original one barrel carb, changed plugs, coil, battery, master cylinder. Engine sounds fine and first and second gear are good. Once shifted into 3rd it hesitates alot and stalls.Starts back up fine. Could this be a choke issue since I do need to have it partially choked?
