Chris, The doubled front bumpers on Wreckers were usually a Dealership option. Private Shops, usually scratch built there push bumpers, but Dealerships usually had Factory bumpers in there parts rooms, so doubling, them, or sometimes tripling them was pretty common, to achieve factory looking push bumpers.
