| | | | Joined: Jun 2000 Posts: 2,773 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2000 Posts: 2,773 | On my 52 I swapped in a 4.10 pumpkin and went with 7.50R16 tires, about 31" rolling diameter. 51 on the speedo is 60, turning about 2,500 rpm. Before the swap 4.57 gears with 29" tires 60 mph was 3,000 rpm.
Your 62 should have a wide enough differential to swap out for a newer 14 bolt with 3.73 or 3.42 gears.
