The part that most of us call a "draft tube" is called a crankcase ventilation tube in the Chevrolet Master Parts Catalog. Note that there is a part number for the COE and several other applications that is called the "cap type." I could not find an illustration in the catalog, but here is a description and illustration from an old shop manual.
