It is similar to the Fel-Pro Universal Joint Set (part # ES 72843). The seal that keeps fluid from running back into the rear-end is a seal inside the torque-tube. This "Okie Bushing" is a commonly used replacement (a replacement bushing and seal). Tim 1954Advance-Design.com 1954 3106 Carryall Suburban 1954 3104 5-window pickup w/Hydra-Matic The 216 and early 235 engines are not "splash oilers" -- this is a splash oiler.
