I have radials on my firetruck(20" rims) and it is so much better that it is unbelieveable. I can't speak for the 15" or 16" sizes, but it makes it much easier to turn, drive and simply roll the truck(we've pushed it by hand when it didn't have a motor) than it was before the radials went on.
