I can identify. Bought my '51 late last summer and found this site shortly thereafter.
My dad had a'54 back in the early 60's. Carted home my pony in it when I was 7 years old. I never asked for a pony, either. I was happy ridin' the ol' sow, Marcella. I think dad bought me the pony 'cause Marcella was goin' to be butchered.
