Ya sometimes they come easy, some times hard, and some dont come at all. I have a lot of luck driling them out with cobalts drills and then retaping them. If you to use heat dont do it before you drill, cause heat makes the studs harder than they started out to be. Make sure you drill out to the right size. You can crack the flange if you tap to small a hole.
